LEADERSHIP

Ronald Bartikowski
Hamburg

Ronald is Senior Supervisor in our Hamburg office. He is responsible for the quality of all ventures and projects. His philosophy: Good design is always the result of a process in which different competencies work together and complement each other. The perception of different perspectives promotes the creative process and really good ideas can be described in a few words. He sees himself as a mastermind who analytically captures complex tasks and sensitively translates visions into world-class design. His goal is always to develop brands with creative performance and lead them to sales success.

Ronald has developed and managed many world-famous brands such as KNORR, GE lighting, Nivea and Camel as well as award-winning projects for Central and Eastern Europe. He began his studies in Munich and graduated with honors from the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg. He began his career developing brands for retail companies and worked as an art director for international brands. Before joining us, he was Creative Director at Superunion (formerly Brand Union / Enterprise IG) and at Interbrand for more than 12 years and has already started his own company. He has the talent to build up agency locations, establish efficient structures and lead teams successfully.
