Das Design Prozess Model Double Diamond oder auch 4D-Prozess des Britischen Design Councils ist in seiner Vereinfachung und attraktiven Metapher sehr gelungen und sicherlich nicht falsch. Aber es fokussiert zu sehr auf Divergenz und Konvergenz und vergisst dabei die unterschiedliche Behandlung der Schritte und die Höhen und Tiefen, die wir bei so einem Prozess durchlaufen. Deshalb haben wir es weiterentwickelt und stellen hier das FLUEIGHT Model vor.

03 Develop

The third quarter marks a period of development where design-led solutions are developed, iterated, and tested within the company. Key activities and objectives during the Develop stage are:

  • Multi-disciplinary working.
  • Visual management.
  • Development methods.
  • Testing.
